Office furniture assembly for a local business: 12 workstations in a weekend

A software company in Markham doubled its headcount and ordered twelve sit-stand desks, twelve chairs, and a wall of storage cabinets. The catch: they couldn't lose a working day to a construction zone. So we did the whole thing over a weekend.

The weekend plan

• Friday 6 pm: delivery staged, floors and elevator protected
• Saturday: all twelve desks assembled, motors tested through full travel, monitor arms mounted
• Sunday morning: chairs, cabinets, whiteboards, and cable management
• Sunday afternoon: packaging out, floors vacuumed, walkthrough photos sent
